This years show was again threatened by rain but the weatherman helped out and the weather was great. It was good to see all those great cars and I ran into a lot of old and new friends. The gang from the BCHRA, British Columbia Hot Rod Association and a lot of other dedicated car lovers were on hand at crazy early hours to organize and park all the cars.(one of my friends was there at 3:30 am!!!)
According to the Langley Advance almost 1300 cars were on hand to thrill the crowds. The money raised from the $15 per car registration goes to local charities and a donation will go to hurricane Katrina relief.
An estimated 100,000 people were at the show and I want to know where they all parked.

By shooting all these cars early on it freed up my day to do some more leisurely cruising around and talking with the car owners. My photo album is divided into the cars parked in the streets and the cars parked in Douglas Park. Make sure you see them all.
