John C. was a high school power mechanics teacher for years and has been collecting things that other people didn't want and certainly didn't collect...until now. He has a bunch of impressive collections, high performance hot rod parts, miniature aircraft and car model engines, vintage automobilia signs and even shifter knobs from the 30's!
Above is "The Fugitve" a COPO Camaro that competed at Mission Dragstrip for years, and the 1950 J2 Allard that has a glorious racing history.
To the left is a collection of speed equipment loved by the early Hot Rodders and the bottom part of the photos show the dual quad set-up for John's Allard J2 and one of the only working fuel injection set-ups known to exist for the Allard Cadillac motor!!!
Below to the left is a sample of the vintage signage John has collected and the mill from his 32 Model B 4 cylinder with original paint and upholstery!!!
These few pictures cannot show the beauty of these miniature airplane motors. Many of them are multi cylinder like the one above and some are single cylinder, all are marvels of machining.
To the right is a portion of John's miniature racing cars. These have incredible gas motors and in the days before radio controlled cars these raced in special tracks at ultra high speeds.
